Warehouse Supervisor
– Medline Industries, LP
Job Summary Responsible for daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, inventory accuracy, staff supervision, process improvement, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Administer daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
Oversee receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials in accordance with established procedures.
Account for all materials and supplies, audit goods received, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
Lead day‑to‑day employee activities, assign work, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
Salary $63,960.00 – $92,560.00 Annual (bonus and/or incentive eligible). Actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
