Location: Augusta, Georgia (Onsite). Immediate need for a talented RN. Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential.

Pay Range $33.00/hr - $59.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures in a dynamic procedural setting.
Collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Prioritize and coordinate optimum daily patient flow and experience within the Endoscopy unit.
Act as a patient advocate and educational resource, ensuring patients and families understand procedures and post‑procedural care.
Maintain strict safety standards, sterile technique, and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policy.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Key Skills: Registered Nurse (RN), RN Endoscopy, GI Lab, Procedural Nursing, RN Acute Care, BLS.
Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi‑state Compact).
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
Experience: Previous RN experience in Endoscopy, GI Lab, or a similar procedural area is highly preferred.
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing preferred.
Schedule: Full‑time, Day Shift.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills are essential.
