Join us at St. Croix Hospice to make a difference in compassionate end‑of‑life care. We’re recruiting a Registered Nurse On‑Call to support our 24/7 care model with skilled, timely attention during evenings, nights, and weekends.
As a Registered Nurse On‑Call you will respond to triage calls, manage symptom relief, complete admissions, and support families in critical moments. Our unique 7‑days‑on / 7‑days‑off schedule offers flexibility while allowing you to impact lives.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelor, or Master)
1+ years of recent acute‑care experience (hospice or home care preferred)
Current RN license in the state of practice and CPR certification
Respond to triage calls and provide after‑hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care‑plan updates
Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregivers
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication
Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – Monday‑Thursday 5:00 pm‑8:00 am and Friday 5:00 pm‑Monday 8:00 am
