As a Registered Nurse On‑Call, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 care model. You will respond to urgent patient needs, complete evening and weekend admissions, and support families during critical moments. Our unique 7‑days‑on / 7‑days‑off overnight schedule offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s)
1+ years of recent acute‑care experience required; hospice or home‑care experience preferred
Current RN license in the state of practice and CPR certification
Respond to triage calls and provide after‑hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care‑plan updates
Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while offering education and support to patients and caregivers
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – Monday‑Thursday 5:00 pm‑8:00 am and Friday 5 pm‑Monday 8 am
