Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
Flexibility to work extended shifts and weekends, including holidays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift, bend and reach up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods.
Strong customer service, technical, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate staff to achieve daily and monthly goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while supervising staff.
Ability to multi‑task, write legibly, use proper grammar.
Ability to speak before small/large groups.
Diplomatic, enthusiastic interpersonal style and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Professional appearance and manner.
Self‑starting and self‑directing work capabilities.
Ability to work calmly under stressful conditions.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct supervision, support, and motivation of mobile staff.
Perform all duties in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, including registration, vital signs, medical screening, phlebotomy, heat sealing, and record‑keeping for whole blood and apheresis collection.
Create a great experience for volunteer blood donors.
Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, and donor eligibility determinations.
Work a varied schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
Collaborate with team members and provide training and coaching.
Location Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule & Salary Varies; weekends and some holidays are required. Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
