The Clinical Program Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers, overseeing the effective implementation of all in‑home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of assigned staff members.
Supervision towards clinical licensure offered.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or a related human services field
Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting desired
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Responsibilities
Supervise clinicians and assigned case managers
Ensure that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
Attend treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
Review and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
Ensure the proper implementation of the in‑home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
Outreach to local DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
