What This Role Offers As a Part‑Time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN), you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in the most personal of settings—patients’ homes. You’ll join a passionate team that values autonomy, collaboration, and heart‑led care.
Duties Will Include
Delivering scheduled and PRN nursing visits across home and facility settings
Managing comfort, safety, and symptoms
Offering guidance and support to caregivers and family members
Collaborating with the hospice team including MDs, chaplains, and social workers
Timely and accurate charting via EMR
Ideal Qualifications
Active Minnesota RN license
Hospice experience required
Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable with autonomy
Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
