Ambulatory Pediatric Cardiology Clinical Dietitian - Riley
Join Riley Children’s Health as an Ambulatory Pediatric Cardiology Clinical Dietitian. This full‑time position is responsible for providing optimal nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Perform nutritional assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, and nutrition monitoring and evaluation for patients.
Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition education for patients and families.
Develop nutritional care plans and provide nutrition education.
Demonstrate competency in nutrition‑focused physical exam and malnutrition documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree acceptable prior to 2024).
0–3 years of relevant experience.
Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
Licensure through the state of Indiana must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
Clinical area billing for service may require CDR approval and Indiana state RD license prior to start date.
