Review patient charts to extract relevant data for CORE MEASURE reporting. Submit and present reports for meetings within required timeframes. Facilitate organizational compliance with required data reporting through thorough chart reviews and data extraction. Promote improved outcomes of care through detailed data analysis and reporting. Communicate effectively with co‑workers, physicians, and colleagues in other departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Qualification Requirements
