Base Pay Range: $29.00/hr – $40.50/hr
Responsibilities
Analyze lab‑work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate dietary choices.
Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Collaborate with the core care team to influence and lead patient outcomes, helping them live better lives.
Qualifications
State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including multiple facilities and travel when needed.
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hiring and training.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days of hire.
