Location: Kansas City, KS Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends Covering two different locations
Pay range: $19.31+ per hour

Responsibilities
Collect specimens (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams) per established procedures.
Administer oral solutions per training guidelines.
Research test/client information and verify all written and electronic orders using lab technology, client contact, and approved tools.
Enter data accurately into computer systems as required.
Obtain identification and gather billing information, collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens (label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, prepare for transport) per test order.
Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, using email.
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs, etc.) promptly.
Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
Qualifications Required Work Experience
Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime).
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires effective communication in English.
