Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - $5k Sign On Bonus
Location: Shreveport, LA. Salary: $74,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year.
Experienced, compassionate, and detail‑oriented
Registered Nurses (RN)
are sought for 12‑hour
Day
and
Night
shifts covering inpatient hospice services. Eligible candidates will receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus upon hire.

Job Duties
Perform initial and ongoing assessment of patients.
Assist in developing and implementing the Hospice Plan of Care.
Provide acute crisis management, including high‑flow oxygen therapy, IV infusion/push, SQ medication delivery, and other palliation methods.
Educate patients and families on the Plan of Care, medication administration, dressing changes, oxygen administration, hospice philosophy, and terminal patient care.
Maintain an accurate and updated medical record.
Abide by company policies, compliance guidelines, applicable laws and regulations, and report suspected violations promptly.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
license required in the State of Louisiana.
Minimum of two (2) years full‑time RN experience in oncology, acute care, long‑term care, hospice, or home health. Two (2) years hospice LPN experience may substitute for the required RN experience.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Knowledge of EMR systems.
Previous home health or hospice experience preferred.
Compassionate RN with excellent time‑management skills.
