Registered Nurse (RN) Corporate and Community Health (PRN)

Location : Mostly within Lancaster County, with occasional work in surrounding counties. Hours : Commit to at least 65 hours per quarter (average 5 hours per week). Minimum of 2 shifts per week, prioritizing corporate wellness nursing shifts (screenings & flu clinics first and foremost, then nurse outreach and presentations/learning). Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing duties in support of Corporate or Community Health and Wellness programs. Conduct health screenings (biometric measures, fingerstick, venipuncture blood draws) and educate clients on results. Identify client learning needs and implement culturally competent teaching strategies (plain language, motivational interviewing, teach back). Prepare and administer injections safely according to current practice standards. Document client information relevant to services offered. Primary duties include corporate wellness shift, outreach telephonically to clients with high risk values, and care coordination. Secondary duties: Individual and group health coaching, representing LG Health at events, facilitating health education programs, other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, PA State Board of Nursing. 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience. Previous phlebotomy experience. In good standing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state health insurance programs. Excellent interpersonal skills.
