Responsibilities and Qualifications
Check-in and monitor all employees and visitors, including freight carriers
Weigh and direct all inbound and outbound freight carriers
Verify BOLs
Answer phone/switchboard during off‑hours and route calls
Issue PPE to truck drivers when needed
Maintain daily truck time log
Complete incident reports
Monitor site security and property
Verify visitors (e.g., verify host, appointment time, and meeting location)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
Excellent attention to detail, especially with verifying numerical data
Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedures
Must be able to communicate in a diplomatic manner with vendors, employees, and visitors
