Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Facility Maintenance Technician position located in the Los Molinos, California area. The Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, performing facility inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring proper upkeep of the company’s building and equipment. They also manage day‑to‑day facility operations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair
Experience with Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance tasks
Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical or mechanical issues
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in facility operations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on site
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
