Position Summary We are seeking a physician assistant (PA‑C) with a passion for geriatric care to join our growing team of rounding providers. If you want to specialize in aging adult health and build lasting relationships with your patients, this is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Conduct in‑person visits with seniors in assisted living and memory care
Support chronic disease management, prevention, and end‑of‑life care
Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and families
Maintain clear documentation and clinical notes in EMR
Qualifications
Licensed as a PA‑C in Minnesota
Background in geriatrics, palliative care, or internal medicine preferred
Strong communicator with excellent bedside manner
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes
Army: 65D – Physician Assistant
Navy: PA – Physician Assistant
Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant
Marines: PA – Physician Assistant
Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
