Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects, including Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT and Marcella, near Park City, UT.

Position Summary

Our team at Paragon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with strong Revit experience and project management capabilities to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing landscape and hardscape projects from concept through construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is both design-driven and execution-focused, able to collaborate closely with construction teams, consultants, and clients while managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop landscape and hardscape designs from concept through construction documents

Produce detailed Revit models, plans, sections, details, and schedules

Prepare site layouts, grading concepts, planting plans, irrigation concepts, and material selections

Coordinate drawings with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and other consultants

Ensure designs comply with zoning codes, local ordinances, ADA requirements, and permitting standards

Support submittals, RFIs, revisions, and as-built documentation

Assist in or lead project management efforts for assigned projects

Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across design and construction phases

Work closely with estimating and procurement teams to support budgets and material selections

Participate in project meetings with clients, municipalities, and internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture

2-4 years of professional experience in landscape architecture (design‑build experience preferred)

Strong proficiency in Revit is required

Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Experience or strong interest in project management

Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and construction drawings

Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, and reach frequently

Ability to walk over rough, uneven, and sometimes remote terrain during site inspections and investigations
