Landscape Architect – Project Manager
A well-established studio in Raleigh is seeking a talented
Landscape Architect Project Manager
to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, collaborating closely with clients and consultants, and contributing to thoughtful, high-quality site design across a variety of project types.
Responsibilities
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Oversee production of plans, renderings, technical drawings, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and client representatives.
Participate in design charrettes, site planning, and development of creative landscape solutions.
Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
5-10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
Strong project management experience; ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design and production software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; familiarity with Revit is a plus).
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Licensure (PLA) preferred but not required.
