Base Pay Range $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Position Summary This team member will serve as a Quality Engineer (QE) providing critical support to the IFPC (Indirect Fire Protection Capability) ground-based weapon system. This team member will provide quality engineering technical support utilizing their skills in the development, manufacturing, and/or sustainment of weapons systems.
Responsibilities Position duties include leading and/or participating in quality management systems and assessments, technical reviews, supply chain management, production line validation, technical data package development, environmental stress screening, statement of work input, requirements development, Acceptance Test Plan development, First Article Testing, factory acceptance testing, inspection and test equipment validation, nonconforming materiel management, continuous improvement techniques, root cause and failure analyses, corrective actions, defect tracking and trend analysis, critical characteristics management, statistical process control, and QE Materiel Release statements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
Active Secret Clearance required
15+ years of related experience required
