Leverage your industry expertise to source high-caliber candidates using a range of recruitment channels, including direct sourcing, job boards, and networking. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, leadership abilities, and cultural fit for client organizations. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts to meet both current and future staffing needs. Provide clients with market insights and salary benchmarking, ensuring they are well-equipped to make informed hiring decisions. Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related field exp Preferred 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
