This role is a full-time Recruiter position partnering with a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. Compensation for this temporary opportunity ranges between $24.00–$33.65 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Base pay range $24.00/hr - $34.00/hr
What a Recruiter will do
Source and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, and internal systems
Coordinate interviews and keep communication clear between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support safety and quality initiatives as required
What you need to be a Recruiter
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience
Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Team-oriented mindset with focus on delivering a great candidate experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
