Location: St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, Catholic Health, Smithtown, NY
Overview St. Catherine of Siena Hospital is a 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital dedicated to compassionate care. Our mission is to create healing and compassion for patients, families, and the community.
Responsibilities
Provide professional social work services to all patients and families within the Psychiatric Program.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work with certification from New York State (CSW) required.
Current valid registration to practice as social worker in NYS required.
General office equipment, personal computer, hospital computer system proficiency.
Salary Range USD $50.08 / Hr.
