Role The Facilities Coordinator I assists with the effective operation of the Agency’s buildings and is responsible for facility maintenance, moves, facility modifications, monitoring the work order ticketing system, and on‑call coverage as scheduled.
About You You are the one that gets things done. You can fix anything, have an eye for detail and are always happy to jump in and help others figure things out. Your ability to solve problems, explore options and keep things running in great condition are your key assets. In addition to being a task master that can check duties off a list, you’re self‑aware, a true team member and are always happy to lend a helping hand.
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Facilities services and customer service experience in a commercial environment preferred
Working knowledge of core building systems (for example plumbing, heating, electric)
Ability to operate required equipment, including operation of vehicles equipped with lift (plow)
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
Valid driver’s license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required
