SENHS, a division of Community Partners, is dedicated to providing quality substance misuse and recovery services to meet the needs of families and individuals in Strafford County. We utilize evidence-based practices and psychoeducation to support life skill development, relapse prevention and wellness. The Role: The
Residential Assistant
will provide support to individuals in the program to meet their recovery goals. The RA will be responsible for enforcement of house rules, administer medications, complete random room searches, and drug screens in compliance with state regulations. Full-time and part‑time positions available (2nd and 3rd shift needed).
What we’re looking for:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) certification mandatory or willingness to obtain in one year.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
Must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of job duties while operating within the limits of standard practice.
