Mission Lead the technical vision to build the next‑generation Paradox App – a learning management system that can serve thousands of concurrent users, powered by AI and unparalleled user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and innovate: develop new features that enhance the Paradox App and personalize learning experiences.
Scale and optimise performance: ensure high performance at large user volumes, optimise resources, and apply CDN/caching strategies.
User‑centred design: collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive interfaces and prototype features.
Problem‑solving & troubleshooting: resolve technical challenges, prevent future issues and maintain stability.
Collaboration & communication: participate in architecture discussions, provide feedback, and work within Agile frameworks.
Must Have
3–6 years Full‑Stack Development experience or a CTO role in a startup.
Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years).
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
AI mindset – actively integrating AI into workflows.
Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Preferred
Experience with Nest.js.
Experience developing LMS applications and mobile products.
Personality
Problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, autonomous, proactive, and passionate about learning.
Organised, rigorous, and adaptable.
