We’re building a pioneering EdTech platform that empowers millions of learners with AI‑driven, scalable web applications. As the key technical architect, you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of Paradox’s next‑generation online learning App.
Responsibilities
Develop new features that enhance the Paradox App and redefine how users learn online.
Implement AI‑driven functionalities that personalize the learning experience.
Continuously test, iterate, and push boundaries to improve performance and usability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate feedback and rapidly iterate on new ideas.
Ensure application scales to support thousands of concurrent students while maintaining speed and reliability.
Qualifications
3‑6 years of full‑stack development experience or experience as a CTO of a startup.
Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years).
Proficient in Tailwind CSS for sleek and responsive designs.
Strong AI mindset – actively integrating AI into workflow.
Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, autonomous, and eager to iterate.
Nice to have: experience with Nest.js, LMS applications, and mobile development.
