Accounts Payable Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site in Austin, TX 78704 Salary:
$70,000/yr + bonus Responsibilities
Own the AP/AR function for an assigned commercial real estate portfolio Apply tenant rent payments via checks, EFTs, credit cards, and online platforms Partner closely with property management to resolve discrepancies fast Research tenant payment history and support leasing and operations teams Prepare monthly A/R reports and related journal entries Assist with reconciliations, projects, and cross‑training across accounting Benefits
