Description Beach Front Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self‑motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Chino CA.
Job Summary Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and performing all related management functions including but not limited to coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approving move‑in files, promoting lease renewals, resident relations, team building and any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.

Requirements
Knowledge and experience in using Appfolio
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
Leasing / Sales Experience
At least 2 years of experience in leasing
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Excellent customer service skills
Leasing and marketing of vacant units
Host Open House activities for different properties
Rental verification and reference checking
Deliver information regarding overall aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime, etc.)
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions upon Supervisor’s approval
Discuss lease agreement information with tenant upon Supervisor’s approval
Present properties and amenities in a creative way
Ability to manage confidential information
Stay updated with property market status
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
