Business Solutions Manager | Ledgent Finance & Accounting | Driving Client Success Through Tailored Talent & Finance Solutions Position Overview:
We're looking for a detail‑driven, curious, and motivated accounting professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with financial leadership and help support the organization’s long‑term financial health. If you enjoy problem‑solving, learning new systems, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
Support month‑end close activities
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Manage the full accounts receivable billing cycle
Maintain accurate, timely updates to customers' accounts using financial management software
Process cash receipts and bank deposits
Serve as the main point of contact for client or customer billing questions
Partner with team members to streamline processes and enhance workflows
Take on special projects as needed
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or 3+ years of professional accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with financial systems
A team‑oriented mindset and openness to learning new responsibilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent time‑management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
