Base Pay Range:

$20.00/hr – $26.00/hr FSR pay ranges by level: • FSR I: $20.00 – $22.00 /hr • FSR II: $22.00 – $24.00 /hr • FSR III: $24.00 – $26.00 /hr

Function:

Represent the credit union to potential, new, and existing members; open and process accounts and services; cross‑sell products; support branch managers and daily branch operations; perform all core responsibilities of the position in support of the Core 4 Values.

Position Requirements: • High school diploma or GED equivalent; preferred some college • Cash handling and customer service experience preferred • Detail‑oriented, friendly, and effective communicator; patient and flexible in dealing with others • Ability to comprehend training and apply knowledge to daily interactions

Duties and Responsibilities: • Respond to members in a knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and professional manner • Process member transactions, including teller capture for check processing, wire transfers, notary services, and other routine requests • Maintain accurate Microsoft Office Suite records and navigate credit union systems (key to daily functions) • Assist with end‑of‑day balancing procedures and other branch operational tasks • Support branch managers in staffing, staffing at other branches as needed, and Marketing Department events • Follow all policies and procedures: Cash Handling, Dual Control, Check Holds and Fraud prevention, BSA & AML regulatory requirements, and information security procedures • Provide support to all credit union departments, including providing routine support to other departments • Demonstrate a positive mindset within the branch and in all interactions; strive for flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability to daily challenges • Work independently and collaboratively to support branch operations, maintain and effectively utilize reference material related to services, current promotions, procedures, and general information • Adhere to Core 4 Values and promote a sense of responsibility, initiative, and dependability
