The VMO Analyst is accountable for designing, producing, and analyzing vendor performance through operations and financial data and reports. The analyst communicates insights and influences decision‑making through data.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core office locations are Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD; and Mauldin, SC.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, statistical tools, financial information systems, and analytical principles to monitor, analyze, and communicate information in support of the business regarding vendors and operations.
Reviews invoices, verifies payments, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies when necessary.
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of business processes related to operations and vendors.
Facilitates communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Develops, implements, and monitors vendor performance plans when necessary.
Performs additional job duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience.
3 years of related work experience in vendor management or related functions.
Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including database systems and reporting platforms; e.g., Power BI.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent oral and/or written communication skills.
Initiative to identify and correct processes or problems.
Ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certifications.
Experience leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
