Who You Are
Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state with a track record of excellent outcomes.
Experienced clinician in outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation, or other relevant outpatient PT services.
Passionate about connecting with the community and creating innovative patient experiences.
Natural leader with ability to build and support a team of therapists and support staff.
Strong communication skills and empathy, able to build rapport with diverse clients.
Comfortable adopting new technologies to enhance client engagement and efficiency.
Pay & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.
Additional earning potential via shared reward intelligent compensation; eligible for performance pay on top of base salary.
