Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is a 258‑bed facility recognized throughout the Hudson Valley for outstanding delivery of sub‑acute and long‑term care. We provide a calm, friendly, healthy environment for residents and employees.
We are seeking full‑time and part‑time LPNs for evening (3 p‑11 p) and weekend shifts. Sign‑on bonuses: $7,500 for full‑time evening shift, $5,000 for all other full‑time shifts, and $2,500 for part‑time.

Pay Rate: $28.00–$38.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration.
Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition per policy.
Work under direct supervision per state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
Collect patient/resident data, observe, and report pertinent information.
Implement patient/resident care plans per state regulations and evaluate responses.
Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment set‑up, and equipment use.
Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights.
Qualifications
LPN licensed by the state.
CPR certification required.
Two years prior nursing experience preferred.
