Responsibilities
Direct care teams: guide nurse aides to ensure appropriate resident care. Administer medications safely as prescribed. Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders. Perform treatments to ensure resident health and comfort. Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments. Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity. Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on resident care needs. Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and bodily mechanics procedures. Respond to staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff as necessary. Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows effectively. Efficient emergency response and keen attention to detail in all tasks. Benefits (Full-Time)
