Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Supervisor based in Laurinburg, NC. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and guiding production teams, planning and coordinating production schedules, implementing safety protocols, monitoring quality control processes, and maintaining effective communication across departments. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead production teams and manage workflow
Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
Knowledge in Quality Control processes to ensure product standards are met
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and other departments
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Problem-solving and organizational abilities to enhance operational efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
