What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for structural steel fabrication and erection projects
Perform material take‑offs and pricing using Tekla EPM
Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope completeness
Track and incorporate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Monitor scope changes and adjust estimates accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to support successful bid execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
Strong proficiency with Tekla EPM
Solid understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
Working knowledge of current structural steel codes and standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating‑related software
