Collaborate and improve: work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving. Lead and inspire your team to work safely and efficiently. Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans. Drive root-cause problem solving to prevent recurrence. Champion safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards. Communicate effectively across teams and departments. Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts constructively. Maintain visual management systems and ensure operational excellence. Also note: Relocation assistance is available. Travel less than 25% of the time. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment. Access to controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with aluminum or steel.
