We’re seeking a skilled and
experienced commercial HVAC technician
to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients’ systems operate reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and industry standards.
Location Detroit, MI (and nearby cities)
Pay Up to $48 an hour
What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues.
Read and understand schematics.
Perform preventive maintenance such as filter changes, belt adjustments, and coil cleaning.
Collaborate with team members on sites.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC codes and regulations.
Qualifications for the Job
Holds a valid driver’s license.
Has obtained Universal EPA Certification for handling refrigerants.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably some of it being commercial.
