We’re seeking a motivated 2nd shift
Production Supervisor
to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive production efficiency, quality, and safety. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring output goals are met at the lowest cost while maintaining company quality standards and on‑time delivery performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of Lead Technicians and Manufacturing Technicians.
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet company and customer requirements.
Serve as a safety leader, ensuring compliance with all EHS, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Train and develop team members to meet standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
Participate in workforce planning, equipment needs assessments, and hiring processes.
Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate production flow between departments.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and ISO/TS quality system requirements.
Oversee preventive maintenance and repair scheduling to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate records including timecards, quality documentation, and production reports.
Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and adequately supplied.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED/HSED required; post‑secondary or technical training preferred.
1+ years of supervisory or related manufacturing experience required.
Proficient computer and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and materials.
Familiarity with ISO/TS quality systems and preventive maintenance practices.
