Job Description Electrical & Mechanical contractor seeking a dedicated, responsible and service minded RIGGER, MILLWRIGHT, MAINTENANCE MECHANIC to work in the Industrial, Commercial, Municipal and transportation sectors with 5+ years’ experience:
Machinery assembly, alignment (rotating and production machinery).
Experience with hoisting, rigging, installing, setting, aligning, removal and commissioning of equipment.
Disassembly, inspection, repair/rebuild & reassembly in shop and field of all types of rotating and production equipment. Machinist background a plus.
Sheet metal and/or steel fabrication, welding (with or without blueprints).
Proficient in use of variety of machinist hand tools, precision alignment & measuring instruments used for setup and operation of machine shop equipment.
Repair/Assemble bushings, bearings, couplings, shafts, sleeves, rings, liners, gears and wheels.
Field service calls will take place in the NJ and NY Metro areas and Southern NJ.
Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus).
