Become an expert in the "Retirement Risk Zone" (10 years before/after retirement)
Follow proven systems and processes that actually work
Focus on being an educator first, advisor second
The Role You’ll be the primary relationship owner for Peak Financial Planning clients, delivering retirement‑focused financial plans using our proven frameworks. You’ll work closely with our financial planning team, guide clients through complex retirement decisions, and help them transition from one‑time planning to ongoing wealth management relationships.

Must Have
CFP® certification (this is non‑negotiable)
A genuine passion for retirement income planning and tax strategy
Love of systems, processes, and doing things the right way
Philosophy that investments should support the plan, not the other way around
Don't Need
Prior advisor experience (we’ll train you on everything)
IncomeLab knowledge (we’ll teach you)
A book of business (seriously, we provide the clients)
The Numbers Compensation:
$110,000 - $150,000 in year 1
Benefits
