Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead)

Deliver exceptional patient service with compassion and care in line with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards Collaborate with the dental team to provide superior patient care Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and manage collections to ensure quality of care Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction Analyze daily data to assess practice impact Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments Process insurance payments, balances, nightly deposits and credit card transactions Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds Demonstrated analytical thinking and a focus on data utilization Highly organized and detail‑oriented Equal Employment Opportunity:
