Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diecutter Operator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN (55428). In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our die‑cutting operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-10 schedule: Mon - Thu 2pm - 12am. This position will operate flat‑bed diecutters such as the 40" Bobst.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate flat bed die‑cutting machines to produce high‑quality products.
Inspect and monitor the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die‑cutting equipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
Document production data and report any issues to management.
Train and mentor new operators as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
Proven experience as a Flatbed Diecutter Operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
