Job Title: Folder Gluer Operator
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Folder Gluer Operator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN, 55428. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!
2nd or 3rd shift is available.
Schedule is 4 10‑hr shifts per week. Enjoy a 3‑day weekend!
Meyers runs Vega and Bobst Folder Gluers.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate folder gluing machines to produce high‑quality finished products.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Previous experience as a Folder Gluer Operator or in a similar role preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
