Job Description
DHC & Co. is a high-end, fast-paced salon focused on exceptional service and elevated guest experiences. We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the first and last impression of our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a polished environment, and understands that great service drives great business.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest
Manage phone, online, and in-person bookings
Guide guests to the correct services and service timing
Maintain smooth salon flow and support stylists throughout the day
Promote add-on services, memberships, and retail products
Process payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately
Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Open and close the salon as scheduled
Qualifications
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Salon, spa, or luxury retail experience a plus
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Evening and weekend availability required
