Zanya Spa Salon, an award‑winning and luxury location, seeks a Front Desk, Guest Relations coordinator to join our team. The Front Desk team is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and elegant environment. You will be responsible for managing appointments, answering the phone, processing cash and credit card transactions, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This role is crucial in maintaining the salon’s prestigious reputation through professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

Ensure a comforting and luxurious environment for all guests.

Maintain an organized front desk area.

Address guest inquiries in person, over the phone or via email.

Handle concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Have knowledge of our services, promotions, and retail.

Maintain the appointment book with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with salon/spa staff to optimize scheduling and service delivery.

Process payments, issue receipts, maintain daily transaction records.

Assist in maintaining inventory of front desk supplies.

Aid in distribution of retail orders in the boutique.

Collaborate with salon and spa staff to ensure seamless operations.

Communicate guests’ needs and preferences to all technicians.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a luxury salon or hospitality environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to details.

Proficiency in scheduling and point of sale systems.

High level of professionalism and friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, some evenings and holidays.

Compensation

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour.

Bonus/Commission: Yes.

Full‑time employees (32+ hours) receive paid vacations, contribution toward medical coverage, 401(k) savings plan, dental insurance and vision care plans available.
