Senior Technical Director, Environmental Engineering role with experience in consulting, selling, managing, designing and implementing Environmental Multi-media Remediation programs for clients in Industrial, Government, Energy, Oil & Gas and Transportation sectors. Location: California offices including Oakland, Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Petaluma, San Jose, Fresno, Costa Mesa, and San Diego. The Oakland office provides services in environmental assessment and remediation, water/wastewater engineering, water resources, environmental compliance, geotechnical design, stormwater infrastructure design, materials testing, and decision analysis. Your Impact

Perform Business Development within the Oil & Gas and Industrial/Commercial Sectors for environmental remediation, engineering and related services Perform Customer Care Lead responsibilities for at least one Oil & Gas or Industrial/Commercial client Perform design, oversight, mentorship and direct the efforts of staff- and project-level engineers Assist preparation of technical reports and proposals Interact with Service Line Leader, Sector Lead, other Principal and Senior-level employees in the office and firm-wide Manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables, schedules and budgets are achieved Travel to project sites as needed to execute project goals and business development Meet sales, revenue and delivery goals Who You Are

Required Qualifications

BS in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Geological or related Engineering field Consulting experience with petroleum contamination cleanups in soil and groundwater including free floating products (LNAPL) AND/OR must have chlorinated solvent contamination consulting experience for remediation of soil and groundwater 15+ years related environmental remediation and sales experience in California, with direct client account management experience California (Civil) Professional Engineer’s License Strong work ethic, self-starter, team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Project and Program Management experience Experience with remediation/assessment projects involving the Regional Quality Water Quality Control Board, DTSC and/or local CUPAs Ability to mentor and direct engineers and technicians Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board and other CalEPA Programs Consulting experience in soil gas and vapor intrusion issues Developing and managing complex engineering design and design-build projects Oversee remedy construction and operation and maintenance of environmental project work Preferred Qualifications

40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired Benefits and Compensation
