This role owns how we operate. Strategy, execution, accountability, and culture all are a big part of this position. You’ll partner closely with the executive team to turn big-picture goals into day-to-day execution that’s safe, efficient, and profitable.

Develop leaders and hold teams accountable to clear expectations and KPIs

Oversee the Operations and Estimation departments
