We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: delicious on their own, but add flavor and hold it all together.
What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? We collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders take charge, set morale and tone, provide feedback and coach team members. They open and close the store with little to no supervision, ensuring quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean environment.

What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must have or be able to acquire a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (required at specific locations)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Hourly Rate $11.67 – $18.67 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such a position.
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
