FAMILY ADVOCACY CASE MANAGER
Full‑time position at JusticeWorks Family of Services in Kent County, DE.
Pay Range Base pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
Assesses families’ needs and plans services accordingly.
Provides support and assistance with locating community resources.
Plans and implements interventions using evidence‑based and best‑practice approaches.
Serves as the primary point of contact for families.
Provides transport to/from appointments using a personal vehicle, as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening.
Ability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
